1 yr. celebration weekend in Atlanta
so we celebrated our 1 yr. a week early, but it was worth it 2 c the sox beat the braves 5-2 in atlanta. Youkalis hit a homer the second we walked into the stadium it was sweet. It seemed like the crowd was 2/3 red sox fans. The stadium was nice and the shuttles to and from turner field were very fast. stayed at a swank hotel down town and had some tatsy sushi, best smoked eel i've had, MF sushi bar @ 265 Ponce de leone avenue good selection of sake as well.

06.06.06 = my 26th birthday + rubber horns
well turns out im not the antichrist after all, just a pudgy irishman with a pinkish hue, had a decent crowd even though many of my friends left over break. But who can resist the temptation of a pinata. Especially when it's full of nips, cigarettes, jolly ranchers, and some rubber snakes. obviously winthrop couldn't.

I still love bugs
Drove a couple hours north to Magnolia Springs State Park we had seen pictures of the crystal clear vibrant blue water spewing from this spring, and fantasized about splashing into the cool crisp water. Bathing suits in hand we quickly learned the gorgeous waters were infested with alligators, watersnakes, and snapping turtles. We made the best of it took a five mile hike, the highlight for me was the green tree frog i spotted, the highlight for winthrop was the mud pond at the bottom of a sink hole, Winthrop has been crowned king of the muckymuck.
Good friends, good food, good fun
Went out to the crabshack with jef and chris chowed some crawdads and swigged some coronas, didn't let the fact that the bartender hated her job deter us from having a good time, next stop was the north beach grill where we took our drinks to the beach, i can honestly say i haven't been on a beach at night since i was a teenager, it was glorious. Bright moon, warm breeze, and a sierra nevada pale ale... heaven.
